NAIL SOAK OFF APPOINTMENTS

We do not remove any nail products (gels/ acrylics etc) that have been applied elsewhere. This is because we cannot be sure of the products used or the condition of the nail underneath.

If you have had nail products applied elsewhere please ensure these are removed fully before any nail appointments with us.

NAIL REPAIRS

Nail repairs within the first 48h of your appointment are complimentary, any nail repairs thereafter will be charged per nail at £3.15 for gel overlays.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Failing to do so will incur a charge of half the appointment fee.
